We offer support only for official SDKs and APIs published by Backendless. We are happy to assist you and our goal is to resolve reported problems as fast as possible. Please follow the rules below to help us help you in the most efficient manner:
- When submitting a support incident, please be as detailed as possible.
- If the problem is related to an API, make sure to include a code sample demonstrating the problem.
- Do not post full code listings, we cannot study everyone's code, instead, try to come up with a sample which reproduces the problem.
