Fault 3027 . getTotalUsers does not exist

Hello my app id is

 "D0E557B6-3964-9832-FFBD-57D86FCF0E00"

My problem happens when a user try to create an account for my application. The User made registration and the conformation emails are being sent but the user is not created in the database.

The error that I am receiving is as follows:

Server reported an error: FAULT = ‘3027’ [Unknown error: FUNCTION D0E557B6-3964-9832-FFBD-57D86FCF0E00.getTotalUsers does not exist] <Unknown error: FUNCTION D0E557B6-3964-9832-FFBD-57D86FCF0E00.getTotalUsers does not exist>

Has anyone else had issues with this? Can Anyone suggest any ideas that would help?
