Not able to deploy server code - Billing exception !!!

Hi -

I am not able to deploy server code using Deploy.bat - getting below error. It was all fine till last night.

15:33:44.782 [main] ERROR c.b.coderunner.CodeRunnerLoader - Failed to retrieve billing data for previously allocated component

Also, I am getting below exception - while accessing ‘Billing’ tab from the console.
