Backendless 4 Migration Failure

I tried to create a new app to practice the migration and cutover to move my app from backendless 3 to backendless 4. I completed the exports of the old app and when I try to import the data into the new app it gives me a failure. The following ticket was automatically created: D9C4D410-40A6-EB0A-FFA7-1252F1EFA500

I tried a few times and keep getting the same error. It looks like the tables are created but there's no data.

Hi Chris,

Please provide the ID of your app on version 3, we'll try to reproduce the error with your data.

App iD: 34FD2DCA-8177-1858-FFE2-6B094A7CB700

I'd appreciate a quick response on this. I have an app release ready for the app store and was doing my final migration rehearsal yesterday when all of a sudden I could no longer do import data. I had done it a few times over the last week with no problem and was ready to get my new version launched until I hit this road block.

Can you please also attach the import log? And at what moment did you get an Internal Server Error with ID? Was it when you clicked "Import" or after that?

I emailed the import log to support@backendless.com. When I click import it tells me the process started, then I get an email a couple mins later saying the migration failed.

I went through this process successfully several times last week so very confused why its failing all of a sudden.

Thank you for the information. We managed to reproduce the problem and created an internal task BKNDLSS-16546 to investigate it. We'll keep you informed on the progress in this topic. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We're already working on this issue with a high-priority. Likely the fix may be available within the next 8 hours.

Hi Chris,

We've updated the server with a fix. Your import should be processed fine now.
