BackendlessFault (code 'Server.Processing')

We try to migrate v3 to v4. We get the above mentioned Fault

BackendlessFault (code 'Server.Processing', message: 'com.backendless.services.billing.APICallsBlockedException: the application has been blocked due to exceeding the limit')

How to fix that issue?

Hi.

What kind of api call leads to this error?

Also you can see all limits and their excess in Manage -> Billing tab.

And provide your appId, please.

Just now i connected to your app and i didn't receive any notifications when web-console opens.

Where do you receive the error ? What app do you talk about ?

Could you please make a screenshot of error message from web-console ?

Have you changed the code in your android app after migration?

I need more information to resolve your problem.

1) What kind of api call leads to this error? (Just two-three lines of code where you call Backendless method.)

2) You mentioned above "application". And i want to clarify, do you talk only about your custom Android application, or about Backendless application too ? In what of this applications do you login and receive error?

3) What version of backendless SDK for Android do you use ?

4) Do you change appId and apiKey to the newer in your android application?
