i am getting error : "Error Code: 11033 - The application has been blocked due to exceeding the limit" even after i had upgrade my plan

Hello, I have the same doubt, but in my case I have no plan yet... What plan do I have to buy in order to get the App work again?

Hello!

Free plan is not available anymore in 3.x,

so you can migrate to 4.x (there is a free plan) or upgrade your pricing plan in 3.x
