I am getting mails - Failed to renew Backendless subscription
I am getting mails by backendless daily with subject "Failed to renew Backendless subscription" and I need to update my card(XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1688) and the due amount is $25.00.
Now the point is that I have only one paid app (APP ID: 762F7A10-3072-016F-FF64-33280EE6EC00) on backendless that has card attached (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-0483) and my monthly due amount is usually $299 which is paid regularly.
So, which app exactly are you trying to bill that is failing?
