im not able to switch to free plan

im getting below error if i try to switch to free plan

["One or more allocation changes are required."]

and im not able to remove my credit card ... please hepl

What error do you get when you try switching to the free plan? What does the error say?

We have removed the credit card from the account and made the changes so the app is on the free plan. It will appear on Cloud9 for some time now, but if you try clicking "Select" for the free plan, it should refresh it in the system.
