IT - IN THE MORNING IS VERY SLOW!

Hi, I'm Italian and every day the requests are so slow! what can I do? There is a functionally to improve the requests velocity? (P.S. my internet connection velocity is: 10Mb/s Download - 1Mb/s Upload).

Thanks

I'm sitting here on a 100/100 Mb line in Denmark, experiencing the same problem. I realize that upgrading to a dedicated server is the recommended option for maintaining an SLA, but we're still in development and we're getting a lot of problems and added development time, due to what seems to be slow servers. Our client would like the app to demonstrate a minimum of potential, before investing further in it, and shouldn't that be possible with the clouded version? Perhaps it's a problem when accessing from across the Atlantic? And if so, wouldn't a dedicated server have the same problems?

Could this have something to do with AWS latency from Europe?

Same problem in Romania. I have very good connection (12 MB/s download speed) but it takes 15-20 seconds to load 80 rows.

Hi Alessandro and Cristian,

While we're waiting for some feedback from Backendless, can you tell me if you're still experiencing problems? Everything on my end is very unstable. For short periods of time, things will work fine, and then all of a sudden, it's slow and I'm getting 502 errors. What's your status?

Thanks.

Hi guys,

We are currently working on a problem causing general slow down of the service. We hope to have it fixed this week. It is causing the behavior you're experiencing.

Regards,

Mark

Hi Mark,

I have the same problem, is it still topical ?

What solutions can we have to access to a better cloud ? Thanks

Based on the discussion in this topic (started by you), it appears the problem has nothing to do with Backendless. It is related to the network providers somewhere in between your point of presence and our servers:
