Paid but no change to account

Hi Guys,

I upgraded my subscription but it hasn't reflected the account. Can you please have a look when you get a chance.

Also just noticed this,

You were just charged $7.99 for your Backendless subscription. Not sure why the APP ID is different.

Hello,

you have upgraded your subscription for application A6DAF74E-95B6-C9C7-FF3A-87B8C9B7B900 on 23 Sep 2017. Then you have removed this A6DAF74E-95B6-C9C7-FF3A-87B8C9B7B900 application on 19 Oct 2017.

application ACD352B2-1151-0D38-FF40-E0692353C700 is not upgraded and blocked because of limit.

Oh....I thought it was for the entire account, not application based. The first application was just a test application. All good though is it possible to push over the payment to the ACD352B2-1151-0D38-FF40-E0692353C700?

In case you paid for a subscription and haven't had a chance to use it, you may contact sales@backendless.com for support in moving the payment to another app.
