Purchased product on Market place vanished

Hello guys,

I've been subscribed to a product from the market place (Console Management API for $5) .

Feb 1st I received the monthly payment receipt of the product however checking in my control panel -> Manage->Billing->Marketplace purchases says 'The are no purchases from Marketplace'

Nothing has been explained to me so my guess is the product is still working but it will no auto renew next month, is that right? Thanks

Hi Alfredo,

Since the new pricing was turned on today, it changes how the purchases are handled. As we explained in our communications earlier (blog, newsletter, website), Marketplace purchases are now available only when you have a paid plan. You can review available plans using Backendless Console on the Manage > Billing screen.

Hi Mark, thanks for the quick reply

I may not be receiving your newsletter but I received 3 emails around Jan 27 saying

"Your app will exceed the limits of the free plan which will be introduced on February 1st"

and saying that my app will be "Completely disabled", what is really very intimidating, if I don't go to Billing and select a new plan before Feb 7th.

Feb 1st came and I checked Billing and there is no plan to select there. Also the email didn't say what limit is the app exceeding so I didn't know what to do.

As I was writing this I just got 3 email saying

Feature reaching the limit: Objects in cache

Maximum value allowed by the current plan: 30

Current value: 30

It is important that you follow the instructions below WITHIN 48 HOURS from the time this email was sent. If you avoid to make the change, your application will be blocked and all API calls will be rejected.

So what do I have to do exactly? Choose a paid plan? I see nothing in the billing panel, sorry if I'm looking at the wrong place

Can I just buy the 100 Cache objects package?

I don't even know why I have 30 cached objects...

Turns out it was a technical problem, Google chrome cache didn't let me see the new plans.
