502 Bad gateway since more than an hour

Hey there,
Since more than an hour I’m getting a lot of 502 error request. For some requests it always occurs, for others randomly.

Hi Matt,

Yes, there were some issues on one of the servers. The system has recovered at 14:46 GMT-6.

Hey Mark,

I’m still getting a lot of 502 errors (for instance for provided curl it occurs always for the last 11 hours). Nothing has changes for me.

Could you please email your app ID and secret key to support@backendless.com so we can run exactly the same command?

Thanks a lot, looks like now everything works.

On the other hand it was a really long downtime - around 14 hours. Hope this won’t ever happen when my app will be in production.

If you’re looking for a guaranteed uptime as well as SLA, please consider purchasing a dedicated installation as well as support.
