504 Gateway Time-out

Hello,
We are getting a 504 Gateway Time-out error when updating our webpage through “Manage>Import” the way we do every month. We tried from two different internet sources which both work well, so I am wondering if something is going on on your end. Could you please help us with this?

It says “Parsing” for much longer than usual and then it displays what is on the screenshot.

I see, could you please share with us the file to import in a private message on the support forum and we will try to import it into a fresh new app

We can reproduce the issues, I have created an internal ticket to investigate it and fix.
We will notify you here as soon as we’ve got any update.
