Hi Team,

Is the Springboard plan only for testing purpose? Here in the below page, i see its only for testing.

The only limitation with the Springboard Plan is that it can only be used for development. When you’re ready for outside users to start accessing your app, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.

So, if I am publishing my app in the Playstore, should I switch to other paid plans?

Yes, absolutely right. When you are ready to publish your app, you need to change your plan to one of the above: Cloud 9 or Cloud 99. As we do not support Super Scaling in the Springboard plan. You may experience blocking of your application due to an increased number of API calls with different IP addresses.
