Is there already or a future enhancement planned to provide a Analytics API - Functionality might provide - Retrieve data, Retrieve logs, Delete data & logs,
Analytics APIs are already available for the subscribers of the Backendless Plus plan or above. Any functionality you see in the console is also supported via the APIs.
As for log management, it is planned for the upcoming release.
