One of my old applications was still running on Backendless Version 3.0 and it appears that it has been deleted automatically. The application id is 1F6BF4D9-C40E-A7DE-FFE7-E80246E1A3001F6BF4D9-C40E-A7DE-FFE7-E80246E1A300. It is still an active app, and we’re mainly using it for storing/downloading files in our client. Is there a way to get it back up?

Probably you application was not active, due to absence of api calls.
We can restore you app, but you’ll need to move during a week to paid plan in 3.0 or to 4.0.

I’ve already backed up my app data locally, and am planning to move to 4.0.
Just a quick question: is there a way that I can move to 4.0 preserving my current application id? Or do I have to create a new app from scratch on 4.0 and import the backed up data? Having a new app id would result in a change on all of our clients and we would like to avoid it.

Hi Ryan,
No, there’s no way to preserver the same application ID. Moreover, it wouldn’t help you much, since there were some API changes and you still need to change your client code.
