Backendless.initApp Compile error when calling method

Hi PLease help… I am new to Backendless, I have followed the steps in a setup video online and everything works until the Backendless.initApp method. It says it cant resolve method.

Is this for Android, iOS, JS, .NET?

What version of backend (3.x or 4.0) ?

im currently using windows 10. This is for android and backendless 4.0
