I am currently on the free plan, yet i am paying for extra users and extra app versions. I wonder if i add an aditional project collaborator will i be billed independently of the other 2 bills (meaning i would be paying for it until the 27/9) or will i be billed for it until the begging of the next cycle (whenever that may be, valid until the end of the month maybe?)

In case of buying components you will be billed immediately and independently of the other 2 bills.
