Billing Plan Upgrade

Greetings,

I take notice that you have increase the price on the developer plan from $7.99/m to $15/m.

Am currently on the developer plan with the billing cycle due in roughly 10 days. If i am to upgrade to Coud 9 today, how would you handle the payment? I run the current billing down or you updgrade my plan and calculate my payment less the 10 days i have not consumed on the current plan but paid for, or you upgrade and start the billing for the new plan at the indicated price when i run out the current one?

Hi George,

If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, the system will calculate a credit in the amount proportional to the unused time in the current plan. That amount will be applied towards the purchase of the new plan. The monthly billing cycle will be reset to the current date.
