Billing screen back when I try to change plans

I am currently on a free trial and am trying to switch one of my apps to springboard and one to cloud 9. I have a CC on file, but when i click preview and switch, the screen goes black and I cant do anything besides reload the page and try and click the button again (to no avail). Please help!

We can switch you manually. Please write here app ID, billing plan and period to which you want switch your app. Before it make shure that your credit card is added and it contains enought money for this operation.

Hello @viktor.liablin @Andriy_Konoz. I have the same issue. Is it possible to switch me manually to the Srpingboard plan? I have already activated it through Missions.
