I’m trying to set up a client’s account and to do this, I’ve exported a single zip file from my developer account, I’ve then used the 'single Zip file ’ which seems to import without any errors but I’ve neither received an email confirming this has happened or can I see the data within the data section. I waited about an hour then thought I’ve try to import the individual .json/.csv files but received a warning saying the data import was already in progress and I would be notified by email when this was complete. This is a very small database with only a single row of test data, so how long should I expect to wait or is there another problem?

Could you please provide zip file you are trying to import? Also check “import/IMPORT_LOG” file in your file repository tab.

Is there no way to set up the account for my client by importing the data? Would the only way be manually, recreating the tables and data row? If so, please can you tell me which are the important fields and keys to copy across so the app will still work without problems?

You can import files one-by-one. Your account should already be unlocked for import operations.

I tried importing individually with the ‘OnBoardingData.csv’ but although the table name appears, it doesn’t contain the correct columns or the data either?

Also none of the keys have been imported from the .json file, what else can I do or are you able to help?

This is the only log file I can find, which contains:

What is your application id?
Application ID on my dev account (which I want to mirror on client account) is: C3386482-FA78-2109-FFD1-DA95A15DE000
Application ID on the account I need to set up for my client is: E2A71546-F235-089D-FFCD-5F4183F8C400. Shouldn’t this have changed to the above when I imported the .json file?

I tried it with your app and everything imported correctly. Perhabs it is due to our recent updates.

Yes, now you should change appId and secretKeys too use new application.
