I have a password for logging in to the control panel for my apps. When trying to use the same password to login to the support page (http://support.backendless.com/) I get an error message saying that the password is wrong. I then request a new password from the support page but then I can no longer login to the control panel. When trying to register a new account on the support page it says that the email address is already in use. What am I doing wrong? Are they two separate accounts and if so, why do they mess up the other’s password?
Btw: I had to enter a fake email address to be able to report this…
