Can't create new Logger using Logging API

I am using the REST API to create a new logger and log entry. The call request is successful but there isn’t a new entry in the loggers Table and also no new file was created under the /files/logging directory.

I’ve checked the loglevel in the console and it is set to ALL.


Update: The new entries eventually were created. It took anywhere between 2 - 10 minutes for entries to show up.

Can you provide an explanation?

Is this with the cloud or a standalone installation?
