our export is not working. If I try to download the zip ( or unzipped) file an error occurs: “Server does not responde”

I’ve just checked and was able to both download the zip file and unzip in in the console.
Is the error still occurs for you?
yes still “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue, zipping, unzipping and downloading files work fine for me in your app.
Please check your provider in case issue’s on it’s side.
That was the solution! Seems our company network disallowed it. Tried it with mobil hotspot and it worked. Thanks for the help
