Can't stream video into the app

I have a class which stores an url to a video that is on my Backendless files. If I paste the link into the browser, the video loads fine, but it won’t load inside my iOS app. The code for the iOS app is correct, as I tried some other videos and all went fine. Is there something I am missing?

And the video doesn’t load either if I open on Safari (as well an on the phone browser and on the Mac version of Safari). But it loads on Chrome.

This is a known problem and we are working on it.

Ok, will this take long? Or should I move to another approach, like downloading the video locally?
