Thanks to the trial period you provided, we are developing an MVP for our app and we’ll be now switching to a paid plan.
Could you please clarify which starting plans allow hosting in the Europe region?
It appears that we are currently connecting to US servers and it causes latency issues.
Also we would like to transfer our application data to another account, how could we do this without paying for 2 accounts at the same time?

When EU cluster become available, it will not depend on which plan you are. Apps creation will be allowed in both US/EU clusters.
Currently we in the process of launching EU cluster, so it’s not available for now. Stay tuned to be informed when it become available.

What do you mean here - transfer app ownership to another user?
If so, it’s possible to do in the Manage → Developers Team section. There is a ‘Transfer Ownership’ button, available only for app owners.
If it is not what you needed, please clarify.

Sorry for misunderstanding. We have App-to-App deployment for that purposes.
