new to the platform. I was wanting to start with springboard plan, I am put directly to cloud 99. How do I start with springboard if I want to pay the $50 and start. Do I need to delete my current app and start over?

Hi Joel,
When you create your app, it starts on a 30 days free trial of the Cloud99 plan.
If you add a credit card during this period, the system will advise you that when the trial expires, the app will automatically switch to Cloud99. However, you can select a plan you want the app to be on before the trial expires. This is done on the Manage > Billing screen.
The Springboard plan can be unlocked with a purchase of the Springboard Shortcut from the Marketplace - it is available through the Backendless console by clicking the Marketplace icon.
Once the shortcut is purchased, the Springboard plan is unlocked, however, you still need to put the app on that plan (again on the Manage > Billing screen). Springboard is unlocked per app and cannot be transferred between different apps.
