Continue using Backendless 3.0 after November 1st. How?

Hello,
I have two Backendless 3.0 apps that I cannot update to 4.0 but I need them to still work after 1st November.
What do I have to do to make that work? I’m currently on the free plan for both. Is it sufficient to switch to Cloud 9 pricing plan? How can I do that now so that I don’t have to pay for October too?

And how long will Backendless 3.0 apps be supported after November 1st?

Hi Reinhard,

Yes, it is sufficient to switch to Cloud9, after November 1st, as long as an app is on a paid plan, it will continue to run.

You can use Backendless Console to switch the plan. Use the Manage > Billing screen.

To avoid extra charges in October, I recommend switching on November 1st, the free plan will be disabled at 12:01am US Central time on November 2nd.

After November 1st, Backendless 3.0 will run as long as there are apps on the paid plans in it.
