Debug Business Logic timer results in "Error: Nothing to Debug"

Hi,

I created a new timer using the code gen. Its a Javascript project. I downloaded the project, ran debug, and got the output Error: Nothing to Debug. Similarly, deploying has the error Error: Nothing to Deploy. Output attached. I’ve tried setting the timer start date to both the past and future.

Any extra steps to get a timer to work?
