Dynamic List Error

Hi,
I have a block with dynamic list behaviour, which displays icon and text component as Dynamic.

It has working fine since I created it, but it is no longer working, keep the getting the error below;

I have also noticed that all my components now have -2 added to it several times, like below, seems that they have been duplicated several times, not sure if that has something to do with it?

Would it be possible to have a look at this

Could you please provide us steps to reproduce the issue?
And what’s your AppId?

Steps to reproduce

1. login to app - can use U: pat@g.com and P: 123456
2. home page loads
3. click on Add Recipients Button
4. This should display dynamic lists items, but does not.

I can see that you assign the items to the list in the On Page Enter handler.
Make sure the Dynamic List is presented at the moment, because I can see that the parent block is hidden by default
