I am not entirely sure that they allow port 456 for example,Also, since it is not using IMAP or POP 3 to authenticate we have a rule that only 2 IPs at once can connect to our servers in this way, so this could be it.Also , if they make too many log in attempts - we also tend to block IPs for that.
