Is there are troubleshooting, debugging or logging console we can use to check if every email is going out as expected?
several test users have registered and have not received the confirmation email for example.

Hi Geo,
Have you configured your backend app to use your mail server? If so, you should be able to login to the mail account and check the “Sent mail” folder.
