Error accessing project page?

I’m getting this error just trying to access my Dashboard page for the app “HDH”:

Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID 9D0EF866-9762-B420-FF1D-FE9A6C045700 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.

What is wrong? Please feel free to reply privately to rwistar@hotchkiss.org if preferred.

Hi @roger-wistarlG,

We periodically purge the system from the stalled projects which have no API or console activity for the past few months. If you have not accessed your app during that time and made no API calls, it means the app was cleaned up from the servers. If your app was on a free plan, it can be restored for a fee.
