HELP! "Your subscription status is 'canceled'"

We received the following message:

Your subscription status is ‘canceled’. Reason/Message: Canceled after failed automatic dunning process expired.

We already understood the problem, updated our billing card, payed the current Cloud 9 bill and followed the discussion here App blocked

However, we are unable to unblock the app.

Could you please reactivate our Cloud 9 subscription?
