I am getting mails - Failed to renew Backendless subscription

I am getting mails by backendless daily with subject “Failed to renew Backendless subscription” and I need to update my card(XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1688) and the due amount is $25.00.
Now the point is that I have only one paid app (APP ID: 762F7A10-3072-016F-FF64-33280EE6EC00) on backendless that has card attached (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-0483) and my monthly due amount is usually $299 which is paid regularly.
So, which app exactly are you trying to bill that is failing?

I can not find any app in my account with the APP ID that you have mentioned.

It looks like the app was deleted in Backendless, but it wasn’t reflected in the billing/subscription system. I have cancelled the subscription, you should not be receiving those email notifications anymore.
