in what plans is REST API for data import?

As said in docs: “REST API for data import is a feature available in the paid plans”.
What kind of paid plans, is it “managed backendless” (why then I don’t see this feature mentioned on pricing page) or something else?

Generally speaking any function performed by Backendless console is also available with the admin/management API (which I believe you already purchased).

We’re you able to find the description of the call in the document?
