Internal client exception fault while Signing up

Hi,
I am using Backendless in my new app. While trying to signup a new user with it, callback is returning a fault ‘Internal client exception’. It was working fine till yesterday. This fault has been occuring since yesterday. Please find my code and Log below and suggest a solution
Code:
private void signUp() {
final BackendlessUser user = new BackendlessUser();
user.setEmail(email.getText().toString().trim());
user.setPassword(password.getText().toString().trim());
Backendless.UserService.register(user, new BackendlessCallback<BackendlessUser>() {
@Override
public void handleFault(BackendlessFault fault) {
Toast.makeText(getContext(), fault.getCode(), Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
fullName.setEnabled(true);
email.setEnabled(true);
password.setEnabled(true);
rePassword.setEnabled(true);
circularProgressView.stopAnimation();
}
@Override
public void handleResponse(BackendlessUser backendlessUser) {
login();
}
});
}
My app detailsprivate final static String app_id =“4346F295-A18B-4876-FFE1-2BACC5321900”;
private final static String secret_key =“CA0F9E36-CCA9-9373-FF3A-4B4A744B8E00”;
App initialization:
String appVersion = “v1”;
Backendless.initApp(getContext(), app_id, secret_key, appVersion);
Logcat:

Which line of code reports the error?

It’s returning error during callback when I press sign up button and the fault code returning is saying internal client exception

Do you have the “Backendless.initApp” call in your app?

Yeah I do and it was working fine for last two weeks

And you didn’t make any changes in the code for two weeks?

I haven’t made any changes In sign up page

Vidya,

I cannot reproduce the problem. I also confirmed that the registration API is working properly. If you would like us to review your code, we can do it through paid support. A single support incident costs $100.

Mark

Would it help if I take a video

No, because we already validated that the problem is not on our side.
