Internal Server error

Hi,

I just started using Backendless and I decided on moving to 4.0.
I followed the procedure provided in your site to do the migration but the “import” function doesnt seem to work.
I get a message saying “Backendless is importing your application. You will be emailed once the import is complete” but I never get any emails nor do I find the tables in the 4.0 console. I get an error saying : “Internal server error with id #######” .

Could you send to <support@backendless.com> all files (or one zip) what you are trying to import, and also attach link of the topic in letter.

I couldn’t find the files on <support@backendless.com>. Did you send the files which are causing the issue?
