I tried importing the file and it worked for me. I also forwarded an email to you which was sent by Backendless (to you) after you imported the file.

Hi Mark. Unfortunately the table still shows 0 lines for me. Also, regarding the email you sent me, I did not receive any notification email about the file finished processing… I’m using Chrome web browser, do you think this could be the problem? I already used Chrome in the past with backendless and works perfectly, so I think that’s not the case… In the past I was able to upload the file correctly and also the notification emails were correct too, but this time I’m not being able to finish the import of this file…http://support.backendless.com/public/attachments/fbb8f3b0c9a5e104139b5e6b6620e55e.png</img>

Are you sure you’re importing the same file you sent to us? It would be impossible that the same server can process the import differently.

Also, did you see the email I forwarded to you?

Is there a way for you to put this data directly into my account, in this particular app? The iOS app is already approved by Apple review team and I’m just trying to finish this issue to release the app at appstore (And Divergent final movie release data is today hahaha)…

Hi Mark, yeah it’s exactly the same file. I don’t know why this is happening :frowning: … I saw the email you sent me, and I saw you was able to import the data. I just tried again (deleted the 0 data table and made the import process again, but still doesn’t works…

What is your APP ID? You can get it from Manage > App Settings

I connected to your app and imported the same file you sent to us. Worked just fine. You can see the data in the table.

I still don’t know why I was not able to upload myself, since I was doing all the process exactly the same way I did in the past, but now I’m able to release my app on appstore just in time.
