The log file is created, but its empty. What is wrong ?

Hi Valeria,
We’ve released a fix, please verify. I would also recommend adding this line to your logging block:
Backendless.Logging.setLogReportingPolicy( 1, 1 );
this is to be sure that log will be flushed after every received log message
