Logging file deletion - REST API

Currently deleting the backendless logging file without any problems on the live system and also on the Linux x86 Backendless Standalone system without any errors. I tried deleting the log file from a Linux x64 system and I received an error that this operation was not permitted.

Why is this error occurring only in the one case?
