Long response time

The request data from servers to Peru takes about six seconds using an asynchronous call, is it possible to improve this connection?

Could you please provide the following for us:

Record a screencast video of using the console (login, open data screen, selecting tables, creating a table, adding an object. Open the Files screen) Send us full output of the ping and traceroute commands for the [url=http://api.backendless.com/]api.backendless.com[/url] domain. Regards, Mark

Thanks, also a screen recording of the console activity would be very helpful.

As for the call that takes 6 seconds, is there just one type of call, or all API calls take that long?

Thanks, in calls of this type. They are the only ones that made my application. The recording is in progress.
