make the user pay for a servise

Is their any API related to a paid servise by the registered user so the user pay for the servise to be avaiable to him and how to renew it on monthly basis

There are no such services in Backendless. You should implement them on your own with the provider you choose.

But actually I didn’t understand what do you mean by provider

I mean you could either use Google Play Services, Apple’s In-App Purchases, or maybe a third-party payment service provider like Braintree, Chargify etc.
