Monthly vs Yearly billing

I received a surprise invoice today. I’m signed up for yearly billing for the Cloud 9 plan, but i was charged 12 months advance for 60 gigs of storage. Im currently working on a tool to clean up the database and expect my file usage to drop significantly.
I’d like to see the market place items charged monthly as expected since those things can change rather quickly.

Unfortunately, it does not work in the way you want, if you use the annual plan, all items became annual
