multiple devices push notification

Hi, I m new to backend less. i have successfully implemented the push notification but after implementing push notification what i found is, if multiple devices are connected at once the devices are not visible to send the notification for all devices. only one device is visible in messaging section of backendless. How can i solve this issue

Hi Nawin,

Please make sure you registered all your devices on one channel.
And if so try to send push notification an all platforms.
