NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound When trying to play video in dashboard

Hello,

I used this tutorial (https://backendless.com/developing-an-ios-video-recorder-and-player-on-swift-in-15-minutes/) to make an iOS app which is capable of streaming / recording video.

I press the Publish button with “Live” switched off. The video appears in the backendless dashboard, but it’s not playable. I click it but nothing happens. This is the console error from the browser https://www.dropbox.com/s/3jx3e2cm3h1o1rg/Screenshot%202016-03-15%2019.00.34.png?dl=0 .

Any suggestions on this? Thank you!

Hello,

What is your app id?

Regards,
Mark

Hello Mark,

Thank you!

We checked the media folder of your app and it contains only readme.txt. I suspect something must’ve happened that prevented the file from properly created. Have you tried creating additional streams?

Hello,

Yes. I tried creating a live stream. all good, but that disappears too (after i close the stream). That seemed weird too. I can push my project to github (maybe I’m overriding something?!?).

Hello,

Any news here?

Thank you!
