While creating geopoints in bulk using import feature, it gives an error every time as below.

05:29:28 IMPORT_GEO Importing failed. java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: “28.535, 77.394,“geoservice_sample”,“city=GHAZIABAD””

Hi!

Please, use following data for import:

28.535, 77.394,"City","city=NOIDA"
28.667, 77.450,"City","city=GHAZIABAD"

instead of this:

"28.535, 77.394,""City"",""city=NOIDA"""
"28.667, 77.450,""City"",""city=GHAZIABAD"""

More information you can find here:

Kate.

Hi Kate,

If you see my CSV file, there are no extra quotes, its like as mentioned below only.
28.535, 77.394,“City”,“city=NOIDA”
28.667, 77.450,“City”,“city=GHAZIABAD”
Still facing error.

Thanks,
Vaibhav

Vaibhav,

here’s a screenshot of YOUR file - the one you attached to this post. As you can see, you most definitely have double quotes.
