I’ve done all missions to get to the free springboard plan for one of my apps, but after logging in after a month I was told that the trial has expired. How can i fix this issue ?

Did you choose Springboard after missions for the application where the trial plan has now expired or for another app? If you open Management>Billing, do you have the Springboard selection available?

I checked your account and I see that the Springboard plan is assigned to the Glacigeh application:
You need to select the plan in the Manage > Billing screen.
