Turn off monthly card payments

Hello,

I would like to know how to turn off regular card payment subscriptions, since I am currently paying 25$ per month for using your platform. However, by the end of the current subscription, which is next month 12th, I would like to stop the monthly payments.

Hi Dimitar,

What version of Backendless us your app on?

If it is 3.x, the only way to stop payments is by deleting your app.

If it is the latest version of Backendless, you can either switch the app to the Springboard plan or delete your app.
