Unable to Add Credit Card

My client is attempting to add a credit card. This is how the issue was described to me: " It’s saves the info and I click “add card” it says “please wait” for a long time (3 min). Then shows the data entered, but does not confirm anything."

Thoughts?

Please have your client send an email to sales@backendless.com so we can track it on our end. Make sure they reference your application ID.
